Dues Statements and Payment Portal

The Annual HOA dues for 2024 are $900 and payment is due December 15th, 2023.

I would like to update you all on dues statements. There was a printing issue and they were just mailed November 13th. You should have them in your mail by the weekend. To everyone we have emails for, we also sent an email invoice about 10 days ago. The email came from Statement@calibersoftware.email and the Subject was Homeowner HOA Statement.

If you can't find it or didn't get it, no worries! You can go to the portal and create an account. Just click Register now. http://nottinghamforest.frontsteps.com/users/sign_in

You have 2 payment options:
Mailing Payment Option:
If mailing a check payment, please include the coupon located at the bottom of your statement. If you don't receive your invoice by this weekend, email Contactus@camkc.com for instructions. 
 
Online Payment Option:
If you would like to make a One-Time echeck payment, you can do so by using the information below.   
 
Go to: https://bit.ly/CAMpayonline
Select, under OneTime Payment, the eCheck Payment option.
Enter your name and email, then this information:

• Mgmt CO ID: 7472
• Assoc ID: (located on your statement, in the notes section)
• Property Account No:  (your account Number is located on your statement)

 
DO NOT CLICK FIND MY ADDRESS.
 
Check the box beside, “I can access and have read the Consent…” and click Continue to Payment  
Complete the echeck payment option.
