Nottingham Forest Pool Update

NF Pool Update   This is a notice to the residents of Nottingham Forest that HOA board has approved the opening of the pool this season in accordance with the Johnson County Opening Phases.   Johnson County will allow the opening of pools in their phased opening plan.  That date is yet to be determined.  The city of Overland Park is also issuing certificates of occupancy for pools this season even though the city itself will not be opening.  Budget constraints and having to hire more staff due to Covid19 are cited for the city’s decision.  Refer to the attached Reopening of Johnson County document to see details.  We are looking at a phase 3 date (the county will announce that date) for opening the NF pool.   As this date becomes clear we will send out more correspondence about social distancing requirements and other key rules for opening.   Regards, NF HOA Board
