Please be advised that Nottingham Forest Homes Association has been enjoined in a law suit along with several other defendants. The lawsuit centers around an alleged fall on the sidewalk at 119th and Grant. Currently, we are represented by counsel and have been indemnified by our insurance carrier, State Farm.

To all Nottingham Residents: Please be advised that 2018 Dues Notice invoice and 2018 Dues Policy have been mailed to everyone via the United States Post Office per the Nottingham Forest Homes Association By-Laws. A copy of both are now available on the website as well. If you cannot access the website or have mis-placed the orignal invoice mailed to you, please use the one attached. 2018 dues remain at $600. Payment is due by 30 November, 2017. Please have your payment mailed and postmarked by 22 November, 2017 to insure arrival at our post office box by 30 November. Car Show Update: To all Muscle Car, Hot Rod, Classic, Sports Car, Collector, Fun Car and Motorcycle Owners – Car Show Update: Motorcycles are now included in the show! We have someone bringing a classic Triumph Bonneville to the show. All motorcycles are welcome as well. Also, someone has inquired if trucks are included. Yes, trucks are encouraged as well! Bring ‘em if you got ‘em! Also, we are adding a People’s Choice award, giving residents the chance to vote for their favorite vehicle (car, truck or motorcycle). Join us on Tuesday, July 4th for the annual Nottingham Forest 4th of July Parade and Party! The parade will begin promptly at 11:45 at the corner of 121st Street and Perry Street. Feel free to show your patriotic spirit by decorating your scooter, stroller, or bike for a celebratory march down the hill to the pool! Hamburgers and hot dogs will be served in the pool parking lot starting at noon. Please send your RSVP (with number of kids and adults) to Becky Zehr at by Saturday, July 1st. Dear Nottingham Forest Residents, The NFHOA board has some exciting news to share.  Our outdoor grill / pergola project at the pool has officially commenced!  We anticipate the majority of work to be completed this week prior to the pool opening on Saturday.  For those unfamiliar with this special project below are a few highlights of what everyone can expect. On the west side of the existing cabana we will now have (3) permanent grills nestled between multiple counter tops.  Between the grill area and the cabana will be a 16’ long serving counter with enough space to accommodate multiple groups at any point during the day or evening.  Above these counters/grills will be a […]

Hello Nottingham Neighbors! Summer has arrived!! The HOA board members would like to invite you to a “Summer Kick-Off” BBQ at the pool this coming Monday, May 29th, from 4-6pm. The board members will be your “grill masters” for the evening! We will provide hamburgers and hot dogs (and the usual fixings for those), buns, chips, and cookies. Hello Nottingham Neighbors! Friendly reminder that EARTH DAY is this Saturday, April 22nd. We encourage everyone to get outside and take a few minutes to pick up any trash in your area of the neighborhood, plant some flowers or even a tree! In the spirit of Earth Day, we are also proud to host Boy Scout Troop 324 who will be collecting old paint cans as part of a recycling drive.
